During my time at Freight Farms, I went on a 2-week-long motorcycle adventure from Boston to Virginia to conduct user interviews. I spoke to customers directly to gather pain points in the product and potential areas of improvement. Upon my return, I delivered the research to the team, and together we developed an action plan to improve our various product offerings based on the collected feedback.
The user feedback directly led us to develop Freight Farms’ shipping container grow boxes, as well as Farmhand's suite of digital farming products. You can read more about Farmhand here.
